Currently Carbodykits.com uses flat rate shipping. Carbodykits.com only ships to your verified billing address. We can ship to a different address if you add your shipping address to your credit card. Carbodykits.com will verify this info before shipping out your order.

Domestic and International Shipping charges are estimates only. We may contact you if additional charges applies.




As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order merchandise priced $100 or more to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will confirm that your credit card or financing company has this alternate shipping address on file. To help expedite your order, simply call your issuing bank and provide them with your alternate shipping address.

Returns

All returns must be authorized and approved by Carbodykits.com and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. All return requests must be made within 5 days after receiving order. All approved returns must be returned to Carbodykits.com in unused and unaltered condition with original packaging (or better packaging). Insure that product is very well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to Carbodykits.com In the event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.

Only product price will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Payment

All customers must pre-pay for all products. This is because each product is special ordered. We will accept money orders, personal checks, cashier’s checks, PayPal, and credit cards. All personal/company checks must wait two weeks for clearance.    

Shipping Damages

Some products may be damaged during transit. Inspect all packages immediately in the presence of the delivery person. Do not sign delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage has occurred, do not sign for the package. If a package is refused it must have considerable damage for a credit to be issued. 'Considerable damage' will be determined by Carbodykits.com. Refusing a non-damaged item will result in no credit being issued. Call Carbodykits.com within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.

Warranty/Liability

All products sold by Carbodykits.com are sold “as is” to the customer. Carbodykits.com does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. All products sold by Carbodykits.com are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road or show use only. Carbodykits.com is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Due to strict regulations by the Department of Transportation, some of these products are not approved for street/highway use. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer. Carbodykits.com will not be responsible for your own actions.

Installation of Aerodynamics

All aerodynamics are manufactured with 100% fiberglass. Due to the material used in production, the body kits will NOT be a direct bolt-on. These body kits may require prepping, sanding, shaving, filling gaps, or other extensive body work. These modifications may include removal or cutting of the reinforcement bars. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing the body kit. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional body shop with fiberglass body kit experience perform the installation. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the body kit. If fitment is off by extreme margins, a refund will be considered.

Backorders

If product is in stock, it may be shipped within 2-3 business days. Most aerodynamics orders take 2 to 4 weeks. In the event that there is a backorder, wait time may be 4 to 8 weeks. There is a 25% cancellation fee on orders that are cancelled within 30 days of purchase date.
